Terms and Conditions of Sale

Les présentes conditions de vente sont conclues d’une part par la société SININEN au capital social de 7.622 € dont le siège social est situé à 54500 Vandoeuvre, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Nancy sous le numéro B 432 370 351 ci-après dénommée « le vendeur » et gérant le site grenouilleres.com et, d’autre part, par toute personne physique ou morale souhaitant procéder à un achat via un de ces sites internet dénommée ci-après  » l’acheteur « .

Article 1. Object

Les présentes conditions de vente visent à définir les relations contractuelles entre SININEN SARL et l’acheteur et les conditions applicables à tout achat effectué par le biais du site internet grenouilleres.com.

The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the mode-confort.fr/abdlshoppingeu, mode-confort.com, grenouilleres.com, protectionincontinence.com site is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand that he has full legal capacity, allowing him to commit himself under these general terms and conditions of sale.

SININEN SARL retains the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its website. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2. Produce

The products offered are those that appear on the websites of the company SININEN SARL, within the limit of available stocks. SININEN SARL reserves the right to change the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description with its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not commit the Seller in any way. The sale of the products presented on the sites is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully allow the entry of these products into their territory.

Article 3. Rates

The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog and are prices in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. SININEN SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. In mainland France, for all orders greater than or equal to €299, shipping costs are free; for any order less than 299 euros including tax, a flat rate of 9.90 euros including tax will be charged to the buyer for participation in the shipping costs.

Article 4. Ordering and payment methods

Avant toute commande, l’acheteur doit créer un compte sur le site. La rubrique de création de compte est accessible directement depuis la barre de menu latérale. A chaque visite, l’acheteur, s’il souhaite commander ou consulter son compte (état des commandes, profil…), devra s’identifier à l’aide de ces informations.
SININEN SARL offers the buyer the opportunity to order and pay for its products in several steps, with 3 payment options to choose from:

– Payment by cheque: l’acheteur sélectionne les produits qu’il souhaite commander dans le « panier », modifie si besoin (quantités, références…), vérifie l’adresse de livraison ou en renseigne une nouvelle. Puis, les frais de port sont calculés et soumis à l’acheteur, ainsi que le nom du transporteur. Ensuite, l’acheteur choisit le mode de paiement de son choix : « Paiement par chèque ».
Enfin, la dernière étape lui propose de vérifier l’ensemble des informations, prendre connaissance et accepter les présentes conditions générales de vente en cochant la case correspondante, puis l’invite à valider sa commande en cliquant sur le bouton « Confirmer ma commande ». Ce dernier clic forme la conclusion définitive du contrat. Dès validation, l’acheteur reçoit un bon de commande confirmant l’enregistrement de sa commande. Afin de finaliser son paiement et déclencher le traitement de sa commande, l’acheteur doit imprimer ce bon de commande, accompagné de son chèque libellé à l’ordre de « SININEN SARL» à l’adresse suivante : SININEN SARL, 8 rue Jacquard, 54500 Vandoeuvre. Aucun paiement en espèces ne doit être envoyé. Seuls les chèques émis par une banque française seront acceptés. Dès réception du chèque, la commande sera traitée et l’acheteur en sera informé par email. La société SININEN SARL expédiera les produits au plus tôt 2 jours ouvrés après encaissement du chèque correspondant à la commande, sous réserve de provisions. Pour les produits fabriqués sur commande, un délai moyen de 18 jours est à ajouter.

In order to finalise their payment and trigger the processing of their order, the buyer must contact their bank in order to make the transfer corresponding to the amount of their order to the bank account of SININEN SARL, the details of which are communicated to the buyer. Upon receipt of the transfer, the order will be processed and the buyer will be notified by e-mail. SININEN SARL will ship the products no earlier than 2 working days after receipt of the transfer corresponding to the order, subject to provisions, for products in stock. For made-to-order products, an average of 18 days is added.

– Secure payment by PayPal or credit card (via the PayPal system): The buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the "basket", modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: "Payment by PayPal". The next step is to check all the information, read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale by ticking the corresponding box, then invites them to confirm their order by clicking on the "Confirm my order" button. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure PayPal interface in order to securely enter his PayPal account or personal credit card references. If payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by PayPal account or credit card is irrevocable. In the event of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer may demand the cancellation of the card payment, the sums paid will then be recredited or refunded. The holder of a bank card is not liable if the disputed payment has been proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without physical use of his card. To obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges that the transaction may have generated, the cardholder must contest the direct debit in writing with their bank, within 70 days of the transaction, or even 120 days if the contract binding them to it provides for it. The amounts deducted are reimbursed by the bank within a maximum of one month after receipt of the written objection filed by the holder. No costs for the return of the sums may be charged to the holder.

Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them and waiver of the right to invoke its own terms and conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be deemed proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and if he has entered it on his order form, the company SININEN SARL will send him by email the confirmation of the registration of his order.

Article 5. Retention of title

SININEN SARL retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until the price has been fully collected, including principal, fees and taxes.

Article 6. Retraction

The purchase of products from the protectionincontinence.com site does not give rise to the right of withdrawal because they are products made to order and according to the buyer's choice. As for items such as underwear and pajamas, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable for hygiene reasons.

Article 7. Livraison et Assurance perte ou colis endommagé

Les livraisons sont faites à l’adresse indiquée sur le bon de commande qui ne peut être que dans la zone géographique convenue. Les commandes sont effectuées par le transporteur* de votre choix parmi ceux disponibles dans votre pays selon votre commune.

*: La Poste (envois Colissimo, Chronopost Shop2Shop), Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, Delivengo et UPS

Les délais de livraison ne sont donnés qu’à titre indicatif.  La société SININEN SARL pourra fournir par e-mail à l’acheteur le numéro de suivi de son colis. L’acheteur est livré à son domicile par son facteur. En cas d’absence de l’acheteur, il recevra un avis de passage du transporteur, ce qui lui permet de retirer les produits commandés au bureau de Poste le plus proche, pendant un délai indiqué par les services postaux. Les risques liés au transport sont à la charge de l’acquéreur à compter du moment où les articles quittent les locaux de la société SININEN SARL.

L’acheteur est tenu de vérifier en présence du préposé de La Poste ou du livreur, l’état de l’emballage de la marchandise et son contenu à la livraison. En cas de dommage pendant le transport, toute protestation doit être effectuée auprès du transporteur dans un délai de trois jours à compter de la livraison.

Tous nos colis, à compter de février 2026 sont expédiées avec une assurance de remplacement du contenu expédié si le colis s’averait perdu par le transporteur ou endommagé durant son acheminement. Cette assurance ne couvre pas le vol survenant après la livraison en boite aux lettres ou en point relais.

Article 8. Guarantee

All products supplied by SININEN SARL benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company SININEN SARL which will take it back to exchange it. All complaints and exchange requests must be made via the Contact form on the website, within seven days of delivery.

As SININEN SARL's products are made to order, no returns for any reason other than non-conformity of the product sold are not accepted.

On the other hand, underwear (panties, bodysuits) and pyjamas are neither returned nor exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Article 9. Responsibility

SININEN SARL, in the distance selling process, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service, or other unintentional problems.

Article 10. Intellectual property

All elements of the mode-confort.fr/abdlshoppingeu, mode-confort.com, grenouilleres.com, protectionincontinence.com websites are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of SININEN SARL. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the website, whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.

Article 11. Personal data

SININEN SARL undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which he or she may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. All information concerning him is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him/her. He can request it at any time by post to the following address: SININEN SARL, 8 rue Jacquard, 54500 Vandoeuvre.

Article 12. Dispute Resolution

These distance selling conditions are subject to French law. For all disputes or disputes, the competent court will be that of Nancy.
