1. What types of products do you offer on abdl-shopping.eu?
We offer a wide range of products suitable for incontinence, such as pajamas, panties, bodysuits in different materials such as cotton, rubber, vinyl, and much more. Our entire collection is exclusive and is only sold on our online stores.
2. Are the products suitable for adults, whether they wear diapers or not?
Yes, we make items that are designed to make diapers possible and especially our pajamas are also suitable without the need for a diaper. Our bodysuits, on the other hand, facilitate the use of diapers or protection, by ensuring better support and discretion, neither the diaper nor the panties risk appearing at the waist, the purpose of a bodysuit is to appear like a t-shirt.
Over time, we add new models that are always in limited edition. Also, don't hesitate to order a product that you like, because the model will disappear as soon as the fabric is sold out.

3. Do you offer washable and reusable clothes?
Yes, specialized in making sustainable comfort clothing, all our items of our manufacture are washable and reusable.
4. How to choose the right size for clothes?

5. Can I return a product if the size doesn't fit?
Made-to-order items are not returned or refunded.
Nevertheless, we accept product exchanges, provided we have similar products in stock in a different size than the one you ordered it in. In this case, if the size ordered does not fit, you have seven days following receipt of your order, to inform us in writing, by email or WhatsApp messaging, of your return request. We will then contact you to validate the possibility of an exchange and in this case, provide you with a return number and the address to which the package should be addressed. Any return of an order, even partial, made without a return number or made after the deadline will not be processed.

6. What if an item has defects in finish or quality?
In case of any defect in finish or quality, we accept return for exchange, at our expense. In this case, please make your request for an exchange known by email or WhatsApp messenger, within seven days of receipt of your order.
